In early 2021, my life took an unexpected turn when a football injury sidelined me for 18 gruelling months. Football was my purpose, my joy, and losing it devastated my mental health. One evening, my family suggested I try candle-making – a lifelong fascination. Within a week, I ordered a candle-making kit and fell in love with the therapeutic process. It offered a productive escape from tedious physio exercises.

Delving into candle making, I discovered essential oils and aromatherapy, known for their mood-boosting and stress-easing benefits. This passion quickly grew into a small business: Sea Zen. Our candles are crafted using natural products, valuing sustainability and the environment, and marketed as "health and wellness" candles. Free from nasties, they offer clean and beneficial aromas.

Fully recovered and back to playing the sport I love, I embrace life to the fullest and dedicate myself to helping others escape darkness, aid in their self-betterment journey, or simply enjoy a tranquil moment with a burning candle.
