Port Chalmers Cruise Ship Markets
The Port Chalmers Cruise Ship Artisan Markets are held during the cruise ship season usually from October to April. Unfortunately we can’t hold markets for every ship due to the hire demands on the Town Hall, however when we can hire the Town Hall and it’s on a cruise ship day, there will be a market.
Our markets are held in two venues here in Port Chalmers, the Town Hall & the Chalmers Lounge.
Port Chalmers is home to many celebrated authors, potters, jewellers, artists, knitters, soap makers, textile artists, embroiders, card makers, candle makers and woodworkers. The stall holders are local and produce all the work themselves.
