the fae emporium

Hi, my name is Lisa, I’m a Dunedin crafter working mainly with fabric dye and polymer clay.

I primarily dye cross stitch fabric and patchwork/quilting fabric using one of three different techniques – marbling, ice dying or low immersion. These offer three different types of patterns in my fabric pieces.

I love fantasy and sci-fi so my polymer clay items often have a fantastic edge to them – such as dragons; I love dragons. I have small dragon statues, dragon silhouettes for sitting above the door and magnetic dragon needle minders for cross stitching. I also like making small fairy houses and other hanging decorations.

I look forward to saying ‘hi’ when you stop by the market.
